DR. Olaniyi Oshuntokun | Medical Director
Dr. Olaniyi Osuntokun is a distinguished board-certified Neurologist and Psychiatrist with a rich and diverse medical background. His journey began in the United Kingdom after graduating from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, with a degree in Medicine. Following a successful medical residency in the UK, Dr. Osuntokun pursued advanced studies at the University College, University of London, Institute of Neurology, earning a Master’s of Science in Clinical Neurosciences with distinction.
Upon relocating to the USA, Dr. Osuntokun embarked on a dual medical residency in Psychiatry and Neurology at IU School of Medicine. Since then, he has contributed significantly to the field through his practice at esteemed establishments, including the VA, Community Hospital, Options Behavioral Health, and Neuropsychiatric Hospital of Indianapolis. Currently serving as the Medical Director at Sycamore Spring Hospital, he oversees inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services.
Dr. Osuntokun possesses a special interest in treating patients with dual diagnoses of substance use disorders and other comorbid psychiatric and neurologic conditions, including Traumatic Brain Injury. Notably, he serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve, Medical Corps, having completed three tours of duty in the Middle East as a psychiatrist with a combat operational stress control detachment. Outside his professional commitments, Dr. Osuntokun finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and three lovely daughters, embodying a holistic approach to life and well-being.

Dwayne Young, LVN | Lead Nurse
Dwayne Young is an experienced nursing professional and current Nursing Supervisorbased in Conroe, Texas. He brings a strong background in patient care, nursing
leadership, and clinical operations. Dwayne has worked in various healthcare settings,
including Cypress Creek Hospital, Luna Recovery Services, Memorial Hermann Hospital
TMC, and Magnolia City Detox. His roles have included direct patient care, medication
administration, crisis intervention, and health education.
At Magnolia City Detox, he stepped into a supervisory position, managing nursing staff
and ensuring high standards of patient care. He previously served as an LVN at Cypress
Creek Hospital, where he provided age-specific care and promoted a team-focused
environment. At Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center, Dwayne
delivered high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. He consistently collaborates with
interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
His skills include EMR proficiency, infection control, phlebotomy, and patient
assessment. Dwayne is known for his calm, professional approach and commitment to
ethical, compassionate care. He is passionate about supporting both patient wellness and
staff development. As a leader, Dwayne strives to foster a culture of excellence, safety,
and integrity in every clinical setting.

Mark Rector, MA, LCDC | Program Director
Mark is a passionate and experienced professional with over a decade of dedicatedservice in the addiction treatment field. With 12 years of hands-on experience in both
clinical and operational roles, he has cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges
faced by individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Born and raised in Houston,
Texas, Mark developed his professional acumen in Austin, where he honed his expertise
in clinical interventions, 12-step methodologies, and treatment program operations.
As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Program Director at
Magnolia City Detox, Mark leads with a combination of academic excellence and lived
experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s in Research
Psychology from Texas State University. Having sustained 12 years of sobriety himself,
Mark brings a personal depth to his work that fosters connection, accountability, and
transformation in those he serves. His leadership is founded on recovery-based principles
including discipline, integrity, humility, and empathy—values he integrates daily in his
approach to supporting both clients and staff.
Mark remains actively involved in the 12-step community, where he finds purpose,
service opportunities, and ongoing personal growth. Outside of his professional role, he
enjoys riding motorcycles, attending live concerts, traveling with his wife, and pursuing
competitive bodybuilding. He also finds joy in spending time with his beloved dog Frank
and their three cats—Roxy, Zoey, and Marinara—who bring balance and companionship
to his vibrant life in recovery.

As the lead behavioral health technician, Trish is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals on their journey to recovery. With a background in behavioral health and addiction treatment, she leads a team in creating a safe and therapeutic environment.
Her expertise includes implementing evidence-based interventions and fostering a collaborative approach to address the unique needs of each individual in her care. Together, she works towards promoting lasting recovery and well-being.

Lindsie Bazzel, LMHC, CADAC V | Clinical Director
Lindsie Bazzel has been involved in the substance use disorder treatment industry for over a decade. Lindsie specializes in the leadership of clinical teams and the development of clinical treatment programs. She received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2008 and her Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2010.
Lindsie has treated diverse populations including juveniles, adults, and couples. Lindsie holds multiple professional licenses in various states and has experience coordinating with the local, state, and federal levels to develop treatment programs. Her extensive experience and dedicated passion to her work has allowed Lindsie to create treatment environments conducive to client sobriety and success.

Preston Wimbush Jr, MS, LCADC | Primary Therapist
Preston Wimbush Jr, MS, LCADC, Primary Therapist at Magnolia City Detox Preston is a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a decade of experience in addiction counseling and therapy, showcasing versatility in both inpatient and outpatient settings for mental health and addictive disorders. Throughout his extensive professional journey, he has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to respond effectively to behaviors and apply behavioral management techniques. Preston holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Capella University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. His unique background includes expertise in dance movement therapy, adding a distinctive dimension to his counseling approach. As a member of the ΨPSI CHI Honor Society and The National Society of Leadership and Success, Preston exemplifies excellence in his field. Possessing licenses as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (TX) and a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (NJ), he is well-equipped to contribute to impactful and dynamic recovery environments. During his leisure hours, Preston finds joy in quality moments spent with his family, engaging in diverse activities ranging from cycling to video games. Hannah Braun, LCDC is a Primary Therapist at Magnolia City Detox. She holds a licensewith the State of Texas as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor as well as a
Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from Sam Houston State
University. She brings both personal passion and professional experience to her work in
substance use recovery.
Hannah began her career providing counseling to incarcerated individuals, gaining a deep
understanding of the unique challenges faced by those navigating addiction within the
criminal justice system. She firmly believes that lasting change is possible for everyone
and is committed to meeting each person where they are in their recovery journey.
Known for her empathetic, client-centered approach, Hannah values building therapeutic
relationships rooted in accountability and compassion. She strives to create a safe,
supportive environment in which healing can begin. She encourages every client to
rediscover their strength, reclaim their life, and believe in a future free from substance
use.
A native of the Greater Houston area, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and
dogs outside of work, embracing a balanced lifestyle that mirrors the principles she
fosters in her clients.

Robert Braun, LCDC-I | Case Manager
Robert Braun, LCDC-I is a Primary Therapist and Case Manager at Magnolia CityDetox. He holds a license with the State of Texas as a Licensed Chemical Dependency
Counselor Intern (LCDC-I). Robert has several years of experience in the field of
recovery, supporting individuals through various stages of the treatment and healing
process. He has helped clients navigate both the clinical and practical challenges of early
recovery, offering guidance, structure, and consistent support.
Robert continues to build on his commitment to client care by developing therapeutic
relationships grounded in honesty and accountability. He is passionate about helping
individuals explore the underlying causes of their substance use and empowering them to
take ownership of their recovery journey.
Recognized for his steady demeanor and commitment to individualized care, Robert
brings both personal insight and professional dedication to his work. He believes in
walking alongside clients as they build a life rooted in purpose and stability.
Robert is a native of the Greater Houston area, though his journey has taken him across
the country and overseas. He spent several years living abroad before returning to his
roots to serve in the Texas Army National Guard. His path also included time in
California, where he played collegiate football at Santa Monica College, as well as
several years living in Florida. Outside of his professional work, Robert enjoys spending
quality time with his family, staying active with his dogs, Onyx and Maximus, traveling
to new places, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally within the field
of addiction recovery

Currently pursuing an LCDC, she serves as a Junior Case Manager, leveraging personal experiences with addiction in her family. Caylee’s passion for guiding others through recovery is fueled by a sincere desire to see them flourish. Growing up amidst the challenges of addiction through personal experiences, she brings empathy and understanding to her role. As a Junior Case Manager, Caylee plays a vital part in the rehabilitation journey, offering a source of strength and compassion. Her mission is not just a career but a personal calling, exemplifying the transformative power of dedication. Rachel Liebegott | Regional Recovery Liaison
Rachel Liebegott is the Regional Recovery Liaison and began her career with Magnolia City Detox in May of 2022. Rachel was one of the center’s first representatives and is major driver in building Magnolia City Detox and its clinical program in Houston. Rachel is also the founder and owner of Journey Way Sober living for women in North Houston.
As a woman in long term recovery, she has devoted her work to helping people find recovery. She started her career in this field as a program director and has been managing sober living homes since 2016. Her career path led her to a role in business development in 2020 where she worked tirelessly to help individuals and families affected by addiction and to navigate treatment options.
Rachel is a firm believer in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. In her spare time, you can find her working out, being a mom and spending time with her family, attending a 12-step meeting, or being of service to her fellowship.

Kelsey Griffith | Community Recovery Liaison
Kelsey Griffith is a Community Recovery Liaison at Magnolia City Detox, where she helps individuals struggling with addiction find the support, resources, and treatment they need to begin their journey to recovery. Drawing from both professional experience and personal insight—she will celebrate six years clean and sober on August 8, 2025—Kelsey brings empathy, trust, and authenticity to every connection she makes in the community.
With an associate degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Lone Star College, Kelsey has previously served as a Behavioral Health Technician and an Alumni Coordinator. These roles laid the foundation for the work she now calls her dream job. Kelsey is passionate about breaking down barriers to treatment and building lasting relationships with individuals and referral partners alike. Every day, she considers it a privilege to give back and walk alongside others on their path to recovery.

Riley Metz | Director of Admissions
Riley brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to his role. A graduate in informatics and business from Indiana University, Riley initially ventured into the computer programming world with startups. However, recognizing the limited social interaction in this field, he transitioned into real estate development, working as a broker and marketer. During this time, Riley discovered his passion for working directly with potential clients and assisting them in taking significant steps in their lives. Concurrently, he became all too familiar with the challenges of addiction and its profound impact on individuals and families. Motivated by a desire to contribute to solutions in this area, Riley found his way to the admissions and intake side of treatment.
In his role, Riley works closely with potential clients, friends, and family members, guiding them on their journey toward education and recovery from drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues. Witnessing the devastating effects of addiction on families and their lives, he felt compelled to be part of an industry dedicated to creating solutions. Riley is committed to making a positive impact by assisting individuals along their path to recovery, embodying the mission of First City Recovery Center.

Rachel has been working with SBH for two years and brings six years of experience in the addiction and behavioral health field. Her job is to help people who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders receive the help they need. As someone who is in recovery herself and suffered a great deal, she is very passionate about helping others achieve sobriety. “I know what the outcome is if treatment and recovery are not involved. I genuinely love what we offer at our programs. Nothing is more rewarding than being able to see numerous success stories daily as the result.”

Michael Durham is an Admissions Coordinator for Sycamore Behavioral Health. He graduated from Florida State University and has been working in the substance abuse and mental health field for nine years in multiple roles and settings. He is a firm believer in second chances and that redemption is possible. What Michael enjoys most about his job is seeing the transformation that can occur in someone and the positive impact that person can have on their community. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, spending time with my family, and rooting for Florida State University sports teams.
